Details: This project involved the refurbishment of an existing building on the main street in Clarinbridge, Co Galway. The building was developed into offices for the client’s use but also included a commercial shop unit and separate offices to the front area. It involved extensive demolition and rebuilding of the main structure of the existing building plus the construction of new elements including a modern design link building featuring glass curtain walling and cedar cladding.
Internally the building was finished to a very high standard including hardwood oak doors and screens, sliding sash and aluminium windows, marmoleum flooring and a feature open-tread glazed stairs.
It also involved a full M&E installation including an air-to-water heat pump system, underfloor heating, controller lighting system, fire and intruder alarm
The project was completed to specification on time and budget and with a perfect health & safety record.
