Details: This project involved the construction of 24 social houses at a green-field site at Ardrahan, Co. Galway. It incorporated 16 semi-detached bungalows and 8 semi-detached two- storey houses.
The houses were a mix of bungalows designed for elderly clients and semi-detached two-storey houses designed for families.
The project also incorporated all the associated site-works including drainage, roads, walls, ducting, etc.
Also included was the installation of a sewage treatment plant and water bore hole and water treatment works.
