Details: This project involved the refurbishment of an existing building in Barrack Street, Loughrea. It incorporated a complete fit out of the building including structural changes, new M&E installations, refurbishment and redecoration. It also includes extensive hard landscaping to the front of the building featuring cut limestone cladding and paving, stainless steel handrails and a feature glass canopy to the main entrance of the building.
The building was also specifically designed for disabled access including ramps, tactile paving, push-button door release, etc.
