Details: The project involved two separate extension’s, the first was an extension to the front entrance area to incorporate a new entrance lobby and ambulance bay, a day room and a TV room. The second extension was to the rear of the building to enlarge the chapel building and provide a link from the existing chapel to the main building.
The project was undertaken in a sensitive on-going environment where health and safety issues were paramount. It was completed without any disruption to the ongoing operations of the nursing home on time and to budget.
